Maggie has been in the real estate industry for 25+ years in the capacity of a real estate broker, business owner, real estate sales associate, managing broker and consultant. She is known within in the local industry for her ability to prevent and resolve disputes. It is our belief that everyone, agreeing to participate in mediation, benefits when they have a willingness to resolve a matter that affords them to have the final say in the outcome.

We focus our services on dispute resolution matters affecting the real estate profession. Maggie is a member of Miami Association of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and serves as the Chairperson of the committee, a panel member, a hearing chairperson, and as a mediator. These hearings are related to commission disputes between brokers and ethics complaints brought against a broker and/or real estate associate for violations of NAR’s Code of Ethics

We consult with real estate firms and their sales associates to assist in preparing for an arbitration hearing involving an outside real estate firm either as the complainant or the respondent. We review and respond to ethics complaints filed by or against the firm and/or their sales associates as the complainant or the respondent. We serve as a REALTOR Counsel in ethics hearings representing one of the parties and as an expert witness in arbitration and ethics hearings that go before a REALTOR Association.

In addition to our expansive experience in dispute resolution in the real estate industry, Maggie provides mediation services in the private sector as well as serves as a Certified Florida Supreme Court County Court Mediator.
